3 Tips to Improve Your Health Through Food

1.      Disrupt your dopamine center. Go one week without your favorite sugary, processed, or guilt-inducing snack or drink and see how it makes your body, and brain feel!


2.      Make one healthy choice this week, like choosing to add veggies to your meal, choosing chicken instead of pork, using 1 Tablespoon less oil when you cook, choose water, or try to eat something without salt/add less.


3.      Make a list of fruits and vegetables that you like and research recipes to incorporate them more into your diet and make the conscious effort of choosing them before you reach for less healthy snacks.
